Having graduated from Northumbria University in 2016 with a second class honours (lower division), I have since gone on to gain employment as a conveyancing assistant at a Newcastle based law firm specialising in residential conveyancing. During the course of my degree I acquired, and demonstrated, particular skill in time management by combining my full time degree with a part time job. I have since applied these skills in the course of my employment by working to tight deadlines.
Five years retail experience in a customer facing role has developed my abilities in working as part of a team, as well as individually, to reach all targets and goals set by management. This has since been applied to my recent employment where customer service and client care is one of the utmost priorities.
Having a passion for law, I am always seeking employment, and other opportunities, to expand my knowledge, assisting in the development and broadening of my understanding of legal issues.
I have a keen interest in photography and web design; having created a number of websites for myself and various friends. I also have an interest in politics and recent legal developments. I have a particular interest in the way political decisions can impact upon the legal sector and the application of constitutional decisions into UK law.
At the moment I don't get much free time as I work seven days a week, but when I am free I like to travel the world and see what is out there and meet different people from different parts of the globe. I would love to spend time travelling the states, visiting as many as I can along the way.
